Brainerd Warriors Finish Third in Central Lakes Conference Golf Meet

FERGUS FALLS — The Brainerd Warriors put on an impressive performance at the Central Lakes Conference meet on Monday, May 13, at Pebble Lake Golf Course. Led by Brady Oseland’s even-par 72, the Warriors finished third overall in the team standings.

Oseland showcased his skills by posting three birdies to offset his three bogeys, finishing in third place individually. Alex Imgrund also had a strong showing, carding a birdie on his way to a ninth-place round of 76. Treydn Hendrickson and Tyler Lehmann both contributed solid rounds with scores of 77 and Aydan Dobis shot a 79 to round out the Warriors’ scoring.

The team scores reflected the competitive nature of the meet, with Alexandria taking the top spot with a score of 290, followed by Fergus Falls in second with 298, and Brainerd close behind in third with 304. The Warriors outperformed Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Rocori, and St. Cloud Crush to secure their position.

The next challenge for the Brainerd Warriors will be the Central Lakes Conference meet at Eagle Creek Golf Course on Tuesday, May 14, at 3:30 p.m. With their strong showing at Pebble Lake, the team is poised to continue their success and make their mark in the conference.
